      A Great Opportunity

      Pros

      Ive been here almost 2 months now, one more month of training to go. The environment is laid back as long as you do the work. There are a new group of recruits starting every month, and welcome work drinks every month on QAs tab. You don't start on your own, you start along with 10 to 30 other people, so you are surrounded by others in the same boat as you. Accomodation and bills paid for during the training. This is a great way to get your foot in the door of IT.

      Cons

      Training is unpaid, but its still worth it.

      Pros

      The academy provides top class training in highly sought after technologies, and has some fantastic clients nationwide that wouldn't be accessible anywhere else. The atmosphere around the office is friendly and inclusive, and any colleague whether it be a Director, trainer, fellow trainee or office staff are approachable and personable. We are encouraged to be ourselves, and are given every opportunity to develop not only technically but also personally, and professionally. In all seriousness, this is a great opportunity.

      Cons

      The hardest part of the job is the 3 months unpaid training, but this is easily mitigated by the great accommodation that is provided free of charge and the good salary prospects upon completion. Some people find the fact that the possibility of working anywhere around the country is a bit of an issue, but anyone serious about a good career with a great client would be willing to overlook this.

      Pros

      I am Currently Employed by QA consulting and although I have only been here for a short space of time, I can honestly say this is one of the best places I have worked. Everyone is so friendly and with the company expanding and more people coming on board each month, it is great getting to know all the different characters and personalities.

      Cons

      I have no Cons with regards to the business, the only problem I do have is that we have a pool table and after 3 months of working here I am still as bad as when I started.
