      Great benefits including 401K, vacation, flex time, work life balance

      Cons

      Since there is no/unlimited sick time your off time is monitored. Just don't abuse the benefit and co workers will rat you out if they know you are not sick.

      Pros

      Training and development is available. Opportunities to progress. Environment is laid back but you have to work hard although there are lots of social events.

      Cons

      It could be stressful at times and a lot of pressure. You are mostly seen as a number on a paper not as a person. Different rules for different people.
