Nice office with a pool table Very social company with lots of free drink You get to meet some really great people Trainers are easy to get on with Apartments and office are in a nice area
Cons
The academy is very disorganised Training is far from world class Training is unpaid for 3 months You aren't told what you are specialising in until after the 4 week get out clause. You also don't have a choice of what you want to do Long 2 year contract with £12,000 to pay if you leave before 2 years. This is for the cost of the 'world class' training provided. You get a base salary of £15,000 and not the £23,000 Takes days to get an email response (if you are lucky enough to get one) with superiors One thing I would say is if you are taken in by the recruitment chat about earning £100k a year in 5 years time, working in very niche markets, world class training as most of the consultants are. I would think long and hard before applying.
