Work on projects utilising cutting edge technologies, with market leading customers in the public and private sectors. Work for an award winning consultancy (computing magazine's DevOps excellence awards - consulting firm of the year 2017) Sell a compelling, unique proposition into Enterprise accounts

Cons

The speed and scale of our growth means that employees need to be independent and think for themselves. It's a very entrepreneurial environment, which isn't for everyone.

QA Consulting - Avoid like the plague

Pros

Generally the non-management people that worked there were a good bunch...oh and nice location in brighton...erm thats about it.

Cons

Where do you start... Sell you complete lies about the companies actual capabilities. No communication between senior managers and staff. Huge egos across senior management team, will belittle you in front of everyone. No joined up aporoach Commission (or lack of is a total joke, especially when they reduce the %) Expected to stay late even when you have done everything. No structure in place, it really is a cowboy environment. Micromanaging across the board, no trust at all. Hire and fire mentality. No formal training structure in place. Hugely long sales cycles. Sales floor is like a morgue most of the time. Unrealistic goals and timelines for kpi's, along with constantly changing goalposts. Dont treat the graduates very well, they say they get a choice in where they are placed...this is not true. All staff were generally unhappy most of the time. On the whole its a joke of a company to be honest. Management is attrocious and there is no real form of support whatsoever. They have very few customers as QA Consulting, and are not a true end to end consultancy firm. They are more of a glorified recruitment firm.
