Commission (or lack of is a total joke, especially when they reduce the %)
Expected to stay late even when you have done everything.
No structure in place, it really is a cowboy environment.
Micromanaging across the board, no trust at all.
Hire and fire mentality.
No formal training structure in place.
Hugely long sales cycles.
Sales floor is like a morgue most of the time.
Unrealistic goals and timelines for kpi's, along with constantly changing goalposts.
Dont treat the graduates very well, they say they get a choice in where they are placed...this is not true.
All staff were generally unhappy most of the time.
On the whole its a joke of a company to be honest. Management is attrocious and there is no real form of support whatsoever. They have very few customers as QA Consulting, and are not a true end to end consultancy firm. They are more of a glorified recruitment firm.
