      High profile clients in the tech industry, initial training and accomodation for free, social events and atmosphere, decent relative copensatio

      Cons

      No formal training, zero choice in client placement and no option to transfer for 2 years. £12,000 disinsentive to leave company.

      I love working for a business that is so hungry for growth and supports personal development

      Pros

      + my manager - the most supportive person I have ever had the privilege to work for + career progression - I am given opportunities to get involved in all sorts of different projects +helpful feedback - I am given the critique I need to help me grow and improve +the people - there are some such lovely a friendly people at QA

      Cons

      Inconsistency - I know not every manager is as good as mine and so not everyone gets to have the same rewarding experience. I think that the issue is more obvious now that the business is bigger
