      Not treated like people, just price tags

      - Operations team were extremely helpful when deploying. - Social time on a Friday afternoon, free beers. - Pool table.

      Cons

      - Consultant management aren't much help when deploying, expect you to be able to find somewhere to live with no financial help at the drop of a hat, all falls on the liaisons. - 'Senior members' if you can call them that.. of recruitment are derogatory to us and even their own team members. Overheard one girl in particular multiple times talking down to/bullying her team members, in the open office area and also in the kitchen doesn't seem to care who hears her being egotistical and very harsh, has a - 'no one can tell me' attitude. Can be nice to some trainees (if she hired you) sometimes even a bit flirty? Very uncomfortable to watch. Myself and a lot of others witnessed this so I know it cant' have been going unnoticed by her management but they don't seem to care? Toxic environment to be learning in. - Trainers have no previous experience in training, all nice people just would advise they go on a training course themselves first.

      Hi and thank you for these comments. Would you be willing to talk to me directly about the examples you have given above relating to your engagements with certain staff members? I am particularly concerned about any examples of derogatory behaviour and want to understand more so we can deal with it appropriately.       Well where do you start from after being on panorama University of Roehampton have decided to fall out of partnership with qa. From next year summer 2019 they will be no intake and it’s not good looking for us sales people as we may not have a job. Huge turn around of staff. HR do not support you at all. Raises concerns quite a few times but it always seems the HR advisor lies. Alcohol is being stored in the offices. Management have no clue admissions are always making mistakes with application forms. Don’t get fooled by their titles they are nothing but cons. Racist organisation

      I sat and went through this review with one of the senior Directors in the QA Higher Education division. I was in the room with him when he read it for the 1st time and watched as his face fell in shock. He was shaken up by reading it and was in disbelief regarding some of the points raised. The strength of his reaction convinced me what I already knew, your experience is not a reflection of what the QAHE business stands for. However, you clearly felt compelled to write this review and have some worrying concerns that you have flagged to us here.
