Pros
Nice people for the most part with the exception of a few higher-ups. Pretty decent work equipment provided to staff and in most major offices and training centres.
Cons
No real solid org structure direction(No one can show you an org chart of any significance), support or guidance from leadership, pretty antiquated horrible internal systems for staff, and although my manager was particularly spectacular at his job, his efforts to empower me in times of need were often ignored by those with real power. A number of issues among PMs and scheduling leading to decline in delivery team moral. Not to mention one of the worst inductions I've ever had to participate in. The result of a number of acquisitions intergated poorly.
