      Super smart and highly capable people - they spend a lot of time ensuring every hire is stellar; amazing product; very approachable and trusted leadership team; lots of opportunities for growth due to the company's success right now; most roles are fully remote.

      Cons

      If you can't handle a fast-moving company with shifting priorities it's not the place for you!

      - Fantastic university-level training (if you can hack it!) - Great accommodation package if you plan to live on site - Friendly and honest trainers - Very low entry requirements allow most people the chance to work!

      Cons

      - So bad its almost offensive support and communication once you finish your training - Some training materials may be outdated - Dropped at the first chance if you aren't given a client - Very low entry requirements mean you may be out your depth.
