The people are the key. Everyone is super motivated to see each other succeed. The culture is open and supportive and truly allows people to be the best version of themselves.

Cons

If you're the type of person who doesnt want to get involved or just wants to 'get the job done', this maybe isn't the place for you. Involvement and collaboration are the key to success.
