      Pros

      Strong leadership, people first culture, fun and meaningful get togethers and interesting development workshops and courses available.

      Cons

      Changing from a 'small start up' and into a larger organisation (owned by a very large org) has a risk of jeapordising the pros above, however so far the leadership team are doing a good job of maintaining the uniqueness of the Circus Street culture.
