14 years with QA so far must speak volumes in itself. We have evolved over the years to a large organisation who really does care about our employees and clients

Pros

Great culture, encouraging, supportive and collaborative. This feeling comes from the people within the business, everyone wants to do well and help those who need additional support. There’s definitely a great team spirit that exists within the business, theres a clear vision. The hybrid working solution helps to get that all important work life balance, great company to work for.

Cons

Because the business is nationwide it’s difficult to all get together at times with diary and personal commitments.

Have to adapt to change as the business grows. i wouldn't call this a con but sometimes you're used to working a certain way change can throw you off.
