      Pros

      Great culture, encouraging, supportive and collaborative. This feeling comes from the people within the business, everyone wants to do well and help those who need additional support. There’s definitely a great team spirit that exists within the business, theres a clear vision. The hybrid working solution helps to get that all important work life balance, great company to work for.

      Cons

      Because the business is nationwide it’s difficult to all get together at times with diary and personal commitments.

      Pros

      The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.

      Cons

      Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
