They use a complicated system for 'live tracking' it will need some getting used to it but if you don't within the 6 months watch out they might fire you for it. Look out for your peers, cos the ones I got were not so great. Really don't know how to be in a team. Feels more like every man for himself. Your seniors are not any better as well. If you find yourself stuck there. Good luck trying not to punch somebody. They claim to follow SOP but they don't follow it as strictly as they keep reminding you. Its hypocritical really. They expect perfection out of you when they are flawed themselves. Very bad experience in total. Your colleagues will also throw you undee the bus instead of addressing it to you personally. No sense of morals. I was taught by 3 different people with 3 different styles and they expected me to get it.

Beware on reviews and job postings. Jobs are often advertised under IQVIA but in reality you work in Q2 solutions. Lower than average pay, benefits, bonuses. No to little work life balance. You will put in way more than 40 hrs a week. Super high turnover rates 30%-40% depending on department/working group. Vacation is treated as a gift or a "extra" bonus. Which means they will guilt you about not living up to your pay grade or title if you actually try to take vacation or balance working hours. When you do take vacation you'll still likey have to work. When you come back they will expect even more hours out of you to make up for it. They will try to goat you into even more hours and work with extra vacation time, bonus, or promotion that never actually happen. Management is complacent with poor work life balance and low pay. Profit at the expense of workers lives.
