Nice people within the team.

Cons

Very large workloads with expectation of lots of overtime as a standard with no compensation for the extra hours. Little to no support from the SLT, and attempts to raise issues are met with gaslighting. Huge rate of burn out with many staff on sick leave due to stress. Still management see no issues. Inadequate systems and resources to perform one's job.

Learned how to work in an extremely high stress environment with minimal support systems.

Cons

No formal training program, just sat at a desk with another coordinator and watched how they did their job. Minimal support from the LM’s. Everyone is quick to place blame on someone else and the stress level is through the roof. People should not be taking their personal time or short term disability to get away from the toxic work environment.

Good salary, medical benefits and good place to learn about CRA

Cons

Poor management of new hires, no training plan, need to learn by yourself, people are super busy that they do not have time to guide you, school like treatment given, inform to your seniors even if you want to go to wash room!
