      Pros

      There are amazing people working in there. It was fun and nice office in certain office in some regions but certainly not Japan.

      Cons

      Too many system issues never get resolved completely. Turnover rate could be considered high in some departments.

      Pros

      The JV is a good story line as sponsors want to work with lab services that can support all of their services

      Cons

      Heavy work load, strenuous environment. Senior leaders are not in touch with the line. Little or no communication at all from management. Hostile environment, stay away. This company is a start up that cannot change as it's too large to change.

      Pros

      great vaca/sick/holiday package, but it ends there. salary is low insurance is high.

      Cons

      no formal training, training is done by coworkers and each one has their own way of interpreting processes so that's fun! promotions are given b/c of who you know not what you know. work from home is decided by your manager so good luck with that. do the job of 10 people but get paid for one, again, unless you're in the clique you wont get anywhere. pay increases are a joke, keep your filthy .20 pay raise! YES i am currently looking to get out!
