Pros
It's good experience for those needing to expand their CVs. Most of my immediate colleagues are really nice however lack of morale means everyone is very much stuck in their ways.
Cons
Management are totally inept and have no regard for staff at all. Very little opportunity for progression or CPD despite it being promised during the interview process.
