There were a lot of cons at this company. I prefer not to write a grocery list of negative comments - and if you read the other comments on this site mine would be in line with those. I will say that upper management lacks true leadership skills and they allow middle management to get away with a lot of bad behavior, almost to the point where it seems encouraged. There is a lot of negativity at all levels, for many different reasons.

A ton. Unprofessional. Lazy culture that stems from upper management. Absolutely no accountability - you can get away with not working, no consequences, nothing. Lack of creativity and critical thinking skills - people are just stupid...or lazy. You have set up managers and other departments who have no college or high school degrees and have no clue what they're doing. The people who mess around outnumber the diligent, hard-working folks so there is a huge divide. HR is a joke. The managers are a joke. They dont help at all. The CEO is only good for eye candy to alot of the women in that company who suddenly become raging horny cats in heat whenever he comes over to the office for a town hall. Overall, just a poorly managed company.
