Pros
The best reason to work for PwC is the people and the atmosphere. I think this is a great place for recent graduates to make their way into the business world. PwC places a lot of emphasis on coaching and development, and my experiences with coaches has been fantastic. Additionally, the chance to work on many different clients on a variety of projects really helps to open your eyes to what aspects of business actually exist. It broadens the mindset formed in college. Finally, being able to work in such a large team environment with a large number of people between their 20s-30s means that it's a fun place to work.
Cons
There are a lot of people here, so it's all about steering your own career. It's easy to get left behind, especially if you don't have a good coach watching out for you. You have to have a plan, know what you want to do, and then get to know the people that have influence so you can steer your work life. The most frustrating thing is probably getting stuck on projects that you don't think are teaching you anything while eating up your hours. Trying to stay chargeable is also sometimes extremely frustrating, especially when you're at the lower levels and don't have control of project staffing.
