Pros

There isn't much of a pro with working for them.

Cons

YOU pay so much for rent! it is ridiculous. you better off just joining a gym paying as little then find clients outside and take them to the gym if they join it and make it seem like you are friends that way they can't say anything. you are also self employed and have to look yourself for clients so they don't hand you clients who need Personal trainers at all instead you have to do all the work even if you work somewhere else. so you get roughly paid by the gym about 600 that they take away from you plus extra 200 more, so you lose money instead.

Pros

lots of training to help you become a good instructor / PT . more support with your PT business has been added since i joined the company.

Cons

they advertise that you keep 100% of your earnings, this is incorrect. they pay you a wage for your contracted hours (im on 12 per week) . then they take that money back from you and i have to pay about £110 for "rent" . rent was £450 about three years ago. now it just over £700. one of the "perks" they list is free access to the gym! thanks!
