Pros

There isn't much of a pro with working for them.

Cons

YOU pay so much for rent! it is ridiculous. you better off just joining a gym paying as little then find clients outside and take them to the gym if they join it and make it seem like you are friends that way they can't say anything. you are also self employed and have to look yourself for clients so they don't hand you clients who need Personal trainers at all instead you have to do all the work even if you work somewhere else. so you get roughly paid by the gym about 600 that they take away from you plus extra 200 more, so you lose money instead.

Pros

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Cons

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
