Business has a good model and is in a growing sector. Some good, helpful people in the business. Supportive investors

Cons

Top management are in danger of being too complacent, and there are too many meetings with consensus decision-making a challenge. Business struggling to adapt to a large organisation and lost sight of its values, certainly based on a year ago.

Only had one issue, the head of TA... Rude, overpromoted due to a friendship with a director - Had a very good team in place but decided to play games and as a result half of the team left. Prioritised gossip over work, extremely unprofessional.
