Pros

Look after their people well in certain aspects until a job position comes available and pick an external over an internal

Cons

Too many promises with progression. get promised a job and then turns out they don't mean in. False persona.

Pros

Plenty of members. Don't have to pay rent, you can do 15 hours on gym floor doing classes and speaking to members. Make your own prices and all the money you earn is yours. You can make a huge amount of money if you are good enough at what you do.

Cons

Takes a while to build up client base. So don't expect much money for at least the first 6 weeks. Good to start off with a secondary part time job to get yourself through the first few months.

Pros

The job was easy. Give people a tour of the gym and sign them up.

Cons

No commission so no incentive to do well.
