Pros

Good awards evening and parties, did have a good work environment until they took over LAF

Cons

Not enough staff, removal of bonus structure, unfairly treating staff, one rule for one one rule for another, same people doing the same job for different wages, make it increasingly difficult to take holidays

Pros

All of the PTs look out for each other. Shift work allows you to meet a variety of different people/members. The gym equipment isn't top of the range but enough to provide a great service to cliental. Unlimited earnings potential (if you want to work for it). Management are usually great guys and former PTs (see cons as well).

Cons

Managers don't help with advertising PTs. Managers are all about getting members through the door and more or less look out for themselves. They do listen to you when you have concerns or want things changed in your favour but sometimes it feels very forced.
