No real pros unfortunately. To many negatives

Senior management just don’t care about you. They are all in it for themselves. I heard them insulting people behind their backs so many time, even the CEO, this creates a poor culture. All seem good on the outside but looking under the skin of the business it is terrible. They also only employe people that do as they are told, you are not able to think or even challenge. If you do as you are told you get promoted or rewarded, if you think or challenge the senior team about how they act or what they are doing you will be asked to leave.

Pros

Great training system and the people who work there are great. Everyone speaks your moral up and great diversity of people who work in the office. I had this job part-time whilst at uni and it was great as you worked the same hours every week so you could plan your schedule around it, there was a healthy amount of pressure to the job but not too much to effect my university studies which was great. The pay is great for a student and very easy to refer a friends to the same job too.

Cons

After leaving Uni the pay wasn't as much as I wanted to earn, however there are ways to work your way up in the company which increases the pay to a decent amount. However its not the avenue I want to go into but that's just a personal preference :)

The managers and the other staff are great to work with.

Cons

The way the rent works is very difficult for beginners, especially in times of covid.
