Pros

My specific gym had brilliant staff that I got on well with, and the structure allows you to work 12 hours for the gym while being seen by members, allowing you to build your business.

Cons

The pay that you receive for the work is not fair. It is minimum wage for labour-intensive work, that you have to have a qualification to do.

Pros

Great product, brand and gym offering

Cons

Lack of experience in senior management has lead to ‘non’ roles and inefficiency . Person who shouts the loudest wins. Resulted in high staff churn and no retention.

You can get a lot a training for classes, also you first aid. They have a large type of equipment and the environment can be nice to work with.

Cons

Depend on which club you work at the quality can be not as good as other clubs.
