Pros
Mixed bag. Some people love it, some people like it, some people hate it. Some good people in the company. They do a lot of meet-ups and try to keep employees abreast of the company direction. Safe and steady. Your job is certainly secure.
Cons
Look, this role may be the right fit for a lot of people. For me personally, it doesn't offer enough. Monday can feel like groundhog day. Constantly filling out checklists. Long hours and lack of flexibility over holidays etc. Club comes first. It all depends on what you value. For me, feels a little mundane. Like a trained monkey could do it. It's all about brand standard and maintaining consistency.
