Cons

As a large business we move quickly so can be challenging to keep up but hard work is appreciated.

Puregym really look after their staff, from regular bonus' to mental health support. Overall there is so much support from a wide range of experts that you can't help but succeed.

Cons

Due to the PT rent rates this can make it hard to keep PT's onboard.
