      Pros

      Puregym really look after their staff, from regular bonus' to mental health support. Overall there is so much support from a wide range of experts that you can't help but succeed.

      Cons

      Due to the PT rent rates this can make it hard to keep PT's onboard.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
