      Pros

      Great brand standard, low prices, steady structure and lots of support available for PTs

      Cons

      Too many contractors changed at once (September 2022) which the business is still recovering from. Don't allow you to be a real manager. Pay isn't worth what's required in the job PTs technically pay to work there

      Long hours/shifts No home/life balance If PTs dont show to shift management has to step in HR don’t care for your wellbeing
