      Pros

      -Good company culture -Prioritize work life balance -Sustain company -Obtaining good knowledge and experience since i got a chance to move from one department to another -Provide employee with a lot of good training -International assignment In conclusion, good place to start your work from my pov as a fresh graduate.

      Cons

      -For my role, the base salary is not changing regardless of the location, but they provide living cost adjustment in return -Nothing else so far
