Pros

Only the parts about mental health seem important to me.

Cons

People often have to work overtime, even after the end of the workday, as they are required to stay on calls with managers. Meetings are always scheduled after the workday ends, just to make you work more, but no one compensates for the extra hours. The interviews are a joke; no matter how well you answer the questions, they frown upon it. The HR is very unprofessional, very poorly prepared. Many people are hired in IT without higher education, and if you have a completed degree, it's useless to them. They say they support you to continue and finish your studies, but in fact, when you announce that you have something to do at university, they don't like it. There are no development opportunities in this company.
