      Lots of learning opportunities, very smart and talented people, feels like working in a big family environment

      Cons

      Very lean working, not enough people for the work, long hours, below average salary, not enough time for training or development, everyone's overworked and not able to give the dedicate time to a job

      Lots of room to grow with the company. Good experience working with multinational companies with operations based all over the world.

      Must be willing to adapt to an ever changing work environment. The candidate must be flexible and willing for things to change last minute.
