Pros

Many hard working and good employees in the plants. Benefit options are many and decent.

Cons

There is no one advocating for employees anymore. No one pushes back on any decision from corporate in Italy and waste is created in all jobs. Pay ranges don't match with US rates. Well over 50% turnover in HR leaders just this year, even manager jobs are all administrative now. Salaried employees go up to 3 years with no raises regardless of performance. I could go on and on...just sad how things have gone.

Don’t get moved when they say I trained someone and then moved to my next position. They actually got moved ahead of me to my next position because they sucked at their job so they wanted them somewhere else and left me out to dry.
