Has good pension and matching program.

Cons

Good workers are over-loaded and not appreciated. Poor workers take too long to get rid of and given too many chances. You start to wonder why when it does not seem to matter. It breeds frustration. You lose good people when they just give up and move on, HR preaches equality and accountability but does not practice what it preaches. Not a team environment - many little groups that run their own agendas.

World leader in the industry of high-technology cables and systems for energy and telecommunications. Joining Prysmian Group means belonging to a multicultural company. The international environment as interacting with different cultures and ways of doing stimulates people to learn. I work with a very nice group of people and professionals.

Cons

Due to the complexity of our business and organisation, sometimes you have to take decision very fast.
