Leader in a growing market. Well lead. Sound financials. Wide presence, very international, large portfolio of products and solutions. Long history. Potential to grow by acquisition. Well renown.

Cons

Waiting to grow by acquisition, while in a growing and more complex market, some areas became too under-staffed. Middle management wages are much on the low side.

Pros

No. 1 company in the world in cable manufacturing business. Depends on what you are working as you could get a really cool project. Depends on what is your role, you could get a chance to travel for work abroad.

Cons

You don't get equal treatment inside the company, you get paid basically based on where you are from. Some people in a lower position than me are earning more than me just because they are from 'expensive' countries. Until the company fix this issue, I don't think I am happy working here.
