Pros

Financially very strong , growth by frequent acquisitions , performing share price , willing to learn from credible business advisor , constantly looking at how to evolve into related market segments. Extremely good at cost cutting . Quality people is very rare to come people but the regional CEO is doing good. At least its changing to be more multi national company culture and less small medium enterprise .

Cons

Not having people who understands the values of sound IT systems that can truly turn around the business towards better customer and employee experience and to be truly efficient and responsive like technology companies. Extremely Complex informations are manually handled without any kind of IT assistant to trigger alerts or to provide guidance. Senior managements are spending way too much time trying make sense of the numbers every month and especially year end ; yet these same capable people are suppose to ensure business growth and operation efficiency and taking care of human capital? Laptops / desktops and IT related is often inefficient and slow and problematic ; causing long delays to key daily operations. focus on the financials only resulting in totally overlooked the importance of human capital. Annual pay increments is an insult and sends the signal that human capital is not valued as contributors to its amazing business growth. Trying to hire good and experienced people from good companies but losing them very quickly because of extremely low morale due to renumeration and benefits issues and extemely manual way of working resulting in burn out very quickly. Mentally and emotionally tired people cannot value add to business. Most employee will not recommend friends to join company; negative perspective from external is also driving good people away from joining the company. High turn over is constantly making the already resource stretched HR focus on people hunting mostly.

Pros

A very stable workplace. You can be almost sure that the group will be on the market years from now and you will have a position at the company.

Cons

Outdated mind set, deteriorative work environment, old fashioned management, not always fair HR approach, demotivational morale...
