      Pros

      The pay is good, overtime is available. Stable job. HR Department is nice :)

      Cons

      You work alot 4th shift schedule, nights, weekend, holidays. Not much vacation. After 1 full your 5 days vacation, after 3 years 10 days, after 10 years 15 days... DANGEROUS.
