You can top out for most positions with in one to two years. There are basically two different shifts, day and night, and you do not change shifts.

Cons

Lack of management. There is not a good balance between work and your social life.

Don’t listen to their operators, they know it all. Favoritism towards the lazy people (get that). To many engineers doing nothing
