Good pay, decent health and dental benefits and close to home

The Lexington plant was much more successful when local management ran our business rather than everyone else in the company that may visit the Lexington plant once a year. For over 30 years we've learned to work smarter not harder, focus on lowest scrap and be efficient. Now that we have purchased General Cable, we are doing the exact opposite. It seems that General Cable is running our business and not worried about finances.
