      Pros

      Significant change in outlook from senior UK management team, looking to improve the position of the company in a challenging market. Local teams have high level of knowledge and driven to succeed against challenging targets. Very stable employer, with considerable influence in a number of growing markets

      Cons

      Due the challenges mentioned, head count is a key driver for the company, which tends to leave it a little lean on numbers. Wage structure and pay awards limited due to overheads and sometimes can make the company, unfairly, less attractive to other similar sized companies.

      Worst HR that any company could have Managers don't care a out employees, only their MBO Lack of motivation and clear direction from the management Did I mention the Hr? Do not expect any help whatsoever, they follow the policy of "have a problem? Quit."
