Management is always on your I learned so much about manufacturing from this job.

Cons

This is not the job to raise a family with very long hours and high expectations which makes for very stressful home life.

Cons

Very cheap outfit, only put money in equipment if absolutely necessary. Gopher management(rarely come out of office.)
