      Pros

      Good benefits, Overtime available, Job can be easy depending on your department and team.

      Cons

      Many people don't work as a team or at all. Many members of management are unprofessional as to even having personal connections to employees and allowing it to affect/sway decisions made. Workers who work hard are expected to work harder and carry the team while "lazy" or "unskilled" workers are moved easier jobs.

      A lot of the time the job is fairly easy, it is mostly a self driven line of work

      Cons

      As of writing this the company is having a hard time getting people to hire on. Due to this the people working are being made to work long hours and do multiple non-position related tasks
