Pros

Mission, patient care, fair pay & benefits package.

Cons

Hire buddies from outside w/lip service to development; high turnover w/increasing distance from Mission. Hostile climate in HR says it all. New leadership call us a "company".

Pros

Great Benefits, some great people and mission. Easy commute, free parking and nice cafeteria with decent food prices. Safe working environment.

Cons

Unqualified managers who not only have never been mgrs before but also do not understand what they are doing. Very biased HR dept. that doesn't put employee's concerns first instead ends up siding with management. Lots of open positions but they don't promote from within. Many overworked employees, no one cares how many hrs you have to put in to get the job done.
