Fair wages, opportunity to network with community, flexible working hours (atleast on paper - reality can be quite different with people working 10-12 hours a day)

Cons

Pretty toxic atmosphere (only since the last 2 years) with a very high maintenance top management layer. A lot of organization-wide confusion and ambiguity. Zero psychological safety. Some senior managers seem to have no clue about running a membership association.
