The company has been going through reorganization for the past few years. Nobody is clear on the direction. Leadership is constantly changing. It's a sinking ship afloat by PMP. They can run on this one credential with bare minimum resources.

A lot of change brought by forward-thinking leadership with a clear vision. The company has been investing in new products and is experiencing strong growth. There are many good and driven people who want to succeed and make a difference.

Cons

Not easy to manage multiple priorities, while onboarding so many new people to the team. Some people are terminated for obvious performance reasons but communications could be better at reducing anxiety.
