Drowning in work and underpaid

Pros

Work from home, vacation, benefits. Helpful and kind teammates

Cons

Unethical treatment, drowning in endless information overload, constant changes, a lot of manual work, underpaid and underappreciated. Only get to stand up and step away on lunch or break. Typing 6 hours a day....non-stop.... non-stop. No raises for additional work, no matter how much is piled on you. Even taking on other department's works who get paid 70,000 a year, you won't get a raise. Customer care is the dumping ground for everyone and director will never acknowledge how much they are an asset to the company or give them a raise. Disgusting person.

We are glad that you appreciate our suite of competitive benefits at PMI. We agree that there are also lots of opportunities to travel, learn, and meet our vibrant global community of current and aspiring project professionals. Over the last year, we have undergone a deep transformation of our organization. We acknowledge that change can feel uncomfortable and are doing our best to ensure our teams are informed and supported at this time.
