Pros

Ok base pay. Friendly CEO and people I met that were unfairly let go. Now we know what it feels to be poorly treated and we're all extra thankful for our new jobs where we are appreciated financially and treated with respect.

Cons

Sales Management gives harsh criticsm to the point where people have cried. Extremely high turnover. Leads get stolen for no reason. Unfair expectations; sales force got blamed for poor performance when it was obviously management's poor performance. No work/life balance, one of the worst jobs when it comes to flexibility and I've waited tables.

Pros

The Technology department at Produce Pay is one of the best places I've worked. We are driven to succeed and to perform at our best, but it's extremely supportive and with a tight community. We value direct but compassionate feedback and rapid, agile iteration on our products. There has been zero turnover in the half-year I've been here. The Friday company lunches (always at decent restaurants downtown) are a fantastic perk, and kitchens/break rooms almost always have fresh avocadoes. <3

Cons

Parking sucks. The building is wayyyy too expensive at $38/day, so we have to park a couple blocks away in one of the other nearby lots or buildings and then walk in the summer heat. There's a stipend to help with parking, but it doesn't quite cover the cost of anything nearby, and if you want the full benefit of it you have to keep all your receipts and scan them, which is a major pain. We have two floors of offices, and the A/C in the upper floor can't quite keep up for some reason, So it's just a bit too warm up there and building management has never quite been able to fix it. The other floor is great, however.

Thank you so much for your review. Company culture is very important to us! Since this review was written, the company now offers monthly parking spots in the parking structure below the office building - with an option through WageWork to have the monthly fee paid directly to the parking provider (no more receipt scanning)! We've also contacted the building management multiple times regarding the A/C units. They are continuously checking in and trying to make our experience as tenants in this building the best that they can. Again, we appreciate your thoughts and will continue to address things as they are brought to attention.
