Pros

Remote job. Nice colleagues. Use of learning platforms.

Cons

Medium to low salary. No work-life balance. Directors tend to be disrespectful. Constant communication and requests from directors beyond office hours. Several meetings that last around 1-2 hours, which are a waste of time and reduce productivity. No growth within the company. Very bad organizational culture. No defined strategy to enhance sales and operations. HR department is not responsive at all, upon any concern or request. It is a startup that will remain as such, due to its improvised and undefined "strategies".

Pros

The products have great PMF. Makes a positive difference in the world.

Cons

Layoffs came during a cash crunch. Almost hard to keep up with the success/demand can be a challenge.
