Rapid growth has resulted in a more tech-centric focus company-wide. Currently small team of engineers but growing fast, and thus: - lots of opportunities to define/contribute to engineering/product development processes - Feels like we (current staff and new hires) are in-flight with creating a great engineering culture

- Often pushed outside my comfort zone in terms of moving fast WITHOUT breaking things.
